Shabbat Services 10:30 a.m., Saturday Morning, February 5 (1 Adar I)

Shabbat Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. at Beth Shalom on February 5, weather permitting.

Shabbat Candle Lighting Times for Fairfield

Shabbat (candle lighting) begins at 5:10 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 4 Shabbat ends (Havdalah begins)  Saturday, 6:12 p.m. in Fairfield .



Torah Study with Rabbi Alan Green Saturday, 2:00 p.m.

Rabbi Alan and Chaya Green are in Fairfield for a few weeks. Rabbi Green will offer a Torah study group on Shabbat afternoon, February 5, at 2:00 p.m. at Beth Shalom.

They should choose the option for the Central Area Consortium trip.     **** Who should apply to this special offer?

  • Any Jewish student who studies or works in Iowa, ages 18-26
  • Any Jewish student whose family resides in Iowa but who may be studying or working elsewhere. ( We can even extend this offer to a close Jewish friend or relative of the applicant, if they qualify for birthright Israel!)
