Minyan Needed for Shabbat Services 8:00 p.m., Friday Evening, June 24
(Sivan 22)

Service will begin at 8:00 p.m. at Beth Shalom on Friday, June 24. Stephen Sufian will be observing the yahrzeit of his mother and would like a minyan so he can say Kaddish.  Please join us for services!

Shabbat Candle Lighting Times for Fairfield

Shabbat (candle lighting) begins at 8:26 p.m. on Friday, June 24. Shabbat ends (Havdalah begins) Saturday, 9:35 p.m. in Fairfield.

Sam Goldstein, son of Leslee and Bill Goldstein, graduated from Grinell College, Iowa with a undergraduate degree in Chinese, on May 23, 2011. Sam was a member of the Grinnell Track and Field team, competing in the long jump, triple jump and 100 Meter sprint.

 

to Alison Wechsler


Alison Wechsler, daughter of Gail Young and the late Warren Wechsler, graduated magna cum laude, on June 11, 2011, from Carleton College in Northfield, MN with a Bachelor of Arts degree in linguistics and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Spanish Language and Literature.
