Support our Supporter, Rabbi Jacobson

Rabbi Yossi Jacobson, director of Chabad-Lubavitch of Iowa, unloads produce contributed by a local company to help feed flood victims in 2008.

Our good friend and advisor to Beth Shalom, Rabbi Jacobson, head of Chabad Lubavitch in Des Moines, and owner of Maccabee’s Glatt Kosher Deli, has lost some key donations he has counted on in past years.  Please help make up this shortfall for their worthy efforts.

If you’d like to express appreciation for all the kindness and support he’s given our community over the year, please make a tax deductible donation to Judaic Resource Center of Iowa and send to 943 Cummins Parkway Des Moines 50312. Or simply donate in the envelope that accompanies the Jewish calendars, Iowa Jewish Spark magazines and holiday packets they provide every year free of charge. Also, when you’re in Des Moines, visit Maccabee’s and enjoy their kosher vegan and vegetarian entrees, 1150 Polk Blvd. Des Moines 50311, 515-277-1718.

Also, if you have changed your mailing address, or are not getting these mailing, please e-mail Rabbi Jacobson at jrcspark@msn.com
